This exceptional property lies in a charming spot along the Aegean coastline. Recently refurbished, the home boasts magnificent sea views from both its balcony and upper floor. We enjoyed watching the sun rise and set, and the beach together with the surrounding landscape proved absolutely captivating.

It is an ideal choice for anyone in search of peace and quiet, and for those wishing to discover a part of Greece that remains untouched by mass tourism.

3 Olive Trees is a beautiful and unique rental apartment within a small family complex. You feel very at home in this place tucked in an olive grove with stunning views of the ocean and three decks to enjoy the vistas and sunset. There is a short walk to a lovely beach from this property. The hosts are gracious, outgoing, and helpful, offering many recommendations for local restaurants and nearby villages to explore. They may even gift you with their homemade olive oil! The setting is quiet, serene and relaxing. There are artistic touches throughout the apartment and a large collection of books to browse. Lovely house, very spacious with wonderful views from a veranda and top balcony roof. Spotless and well-maintained rooms, a hygienic bathroom, the overall state of the house’s cleanliness is perfect. An authentic Provence Villa feel, rustic style, well decorated and appointed. A perfect spot for a family vacation.
I cannot resist not mentioning the big collection of books, something uncommon in Greek rentals, where you can delve into foreign and national literature and experience the "feel" of old Ellada. The hosts (Elsa, Harris and their daughter Vilma) alone merit writing this review, being so hospitable and friendly, all remarkably erudite, scholarly and with lots of fresh ideas.

Our family of 5 spent unforgettable days here. The hosts were very welcoming - and more than willing to help and share local information about beaches, restaurants, sightseeing - and their own Olive products! We felt at home immediately.
Definite highlights were the rooftop terrace with wonderful views and the closeness to the ocean/beach. There’s a great beach in walking distance and many other beaches close by. Groceries and daily supplies can be found within a 10 min drive.

I stayed at 3 Olive Trees with my family late October 2024 and we all loved our stay at this incredibly beautiful and peaceful place. Once settled in, we did not want to leave again. The sea is just a few steps away and it is easy to find a private spot. We often went for walks to the nearby river to watch the sunset. The hosts were very open and friendly and gave us tips about places to visit - for instance the traditional village of Metaggitsi which we enjoyed very much, other nearby excellent beaches, the amazing museum at Vergina Aigai. This is the perfect get away - especially if you are not up for the very touristic places but prefer something very serene. Also easy to shop your daily groceries in nearby Metamorphosis. Το 3 Olive Trees δεν είναι ένα συνηθισμένο ενοικιαζόμενο σπίτι, είναι ένα σπίτι με προσωπικότητα! Και η ψυχή του είναι οι ίδιοι οι ιδιοκτήτες του! Το κάθε τι που υπάρχει εκεί εκπέμπει αγάπη! Το σπίτι είναι προσεγμένο και επιπλωμένο με γούστο και είναι πεντακάθαρο. Αλλά αυτό που ξεπερνάει κάθε φαντασία είναι η ταράτσα του από όπου αγναντεύει κανείς τη θάλασσα και τον Όλυμπο και από την πίσω πλευρά τους λόφους. Το κτήμα ολόκληρο είναι κατάφυτο με ελιές και πανέμορφο. Η πρόσβαση στην παραλία είναι εύκολη, πηγαίνεις από μονοπάτι δίπλα στο κτήμα. Υπάρχουν κούνιες για παιδιά και, γενικά η όλη κατάσταση είναι ιδανική για οικογένειες με μικρά ή μεγαλύτερα παιδιά και για ήσυχες, εναλλακτικές και χαλαρωτικές διακοπές σε ένα κομμάτι της Σιθωνίας που ευτυχώς δεν έχει ακόμη χαλάσει από τον τουρισμό. Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που το επισκεπτόμαστε και το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!
